A margin so the register is dated.
Zamalek desk · last collated 27 August 2026 · Mariam Fawzi · the house remains the authority
A register that never changes date is a decorative object. This log is the margin where we admit movement: loans to Giza, a closed wing, a script that no longer phones Google for fonts.
- 2026-08-27 — Copy expanded across the houses; fonts hosted on this origin; Google Fonts request removed; Python build scripts disallowed in robots; security contact published.
- 2026-08-09 — Tahrir sculpture hall walked at 08:50 and again at 11:10; group weather as described. Upstairs still under-budgeted by most visitors.
- 2026-07-22 — GEM campus distances re-noted; plateau stacking in July still discouraged as a default.
- 2026-05-14 — Coptic precinct dress and nave logic unchanged; garden still the pause Tahrir will not give.
- 2026-01-18 — First public cover: museums as houses, not legends.
If a famous object has moved and this site still speaks as if it had not, we are wrong on purpose until the mail arrives. Send it.
How to read a collation date
The article date is when we last stood behind a house in prose. This log is when the files changed in a way a stranger should know: mass of notes, fonts on-host, robots, a Tahrir re-walk. Believe the stricter date for queues and heat. We will not fake a daily feed. Alive, for a register, is a dated walk and a mail that accepts a moved object.
