1.1 Downloadable Guides and E-books
For downloadable digital products such as our premium museum guides, e-books, and city maps:
- Before Download: If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- After Download: Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded a digital product, no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or materially different from its description.
- Defective Products: If you believe your digital product is defective or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase with specific details about the issues encountered. We will either provide a corrected version or issue a refund at our discretion.
1.2 Premium Memberships and Subscriptions
For subscriptions to our premium content, museum updates, or exclusive online services:
- Free Trial Period: If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be made to your account.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing month, but no further charges will be made.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
- Automatic Renewal: If you are charged for an automatic renewal and contact us within 7 days of the charge, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
2. Tour Bookings and Physical Services
2.1 Museum Tour Bookings
For guided museum tours and personalized excursions booked through our platform:
- Cancellation 14+ days before tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7-13 days before tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before tour date: No refund.
- Rescheduling: Tours can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability and a potential rescheduling fee.
2.2 Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the following cases, we may provide full or partial refunds regardless of the standard cancellation policy:
- Museum Closures: If a museum unexpectedly closes on the day of your scheduled tour, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
- Health Emergencies: In case of verified medical emergencies with supporting documentation, we will issue a full refund or credit for future use.
- Natural Disasters or Civil Unrest: If official travel advisories affect your ability to participate in a booked tour, we will provide a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
3. Merchandise and Physical Products
For physical products purchased through our website (such as printed guides, merchandise, or souvenirs):
3.1 Return Policy
- Return Window: You may return unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
- Return Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
3.2 Refund Processing

4.1 Live Workshops and Webinars
- Cancellation 7+ days before event: Full refund.
- Cancellation 3-6 days before event: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
- No-Show: No refund for failure to attend.
4.2 Recorded Workshops and Webinars
- Before Access: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the content.
- After Access: No refunds after you have accessed the content.
